This study presents a novel approach to information sharing and develops an integrated model of organizational innovation, knowledge sharing, and artificial intelligence capabilities. We employ the bootstrap approach and multi-level regression analysis to examine the influence mechanism using 189 questionnaire responses. The findings demonstrate that knowledge sharing positively impacts organizational creativity. Artificial intelligence positively influences knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing meditates the relationship between artificial intelligence and organizational creativity, and organizational cohesion positively modifies the relationship between artificial intelligence and organizational creativity
