AI CAPABILITY AND ORGANIZATION CREATIVITY

 




Artificial intelligence (AI) is developing at a rapid pace, which presents organizations with both benefits and challenges.AI has been demonstrated in some research to enhance organizational innovation. But there is not a useful transformation path in research that is currently available. This study presents a novel approach to information sharing and develops an integrated model of organizational innovation, knowledge sharing, and artificial intelligence capabilities. We employ the bootstrap approach and multi-level regression analysis to examine the influence mechanism using 189 questionnaire responses. The findings demonstrate that knowledge sharing positively impacts organizational creativity. Artificial intelligence positively influences knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing meditates the relationship between artificial intelligence and organizational creativity, and organizational cohesion positively modifies the relationship between artificial intelligence and organizational creativity

    AI is not a best solution to solve every problems faced by the organization. Because all functions can't be automated such as employees' leadership qualities and creativity. So we can hope regarding job category of human resource field in thr pottential market.i think it can not be replaced to a machine since every thing may not be automated
