  Artificial intelligence (AI) is developing at a rapid pace, which presents organizations with both benefits and challenges.AI has been demonstrated in some research to enhance organizational innovation. But there is not a useful transformation path in research that is currently available. This study presents a novel approach to information sharing and develops an integrated model of organizational innovation, knowledge sharing, and artificial intelligence capabilities. We employ the bootstrap approach and multi-level regression analysis to examine the influence mechanism using 189 questionnaire responses. The findings demonstrate that knowledge sharing positively impacts organizational creativity.
